1. What areas do you service? 
We provide all of our services within a 30 km radius of Strathmore in any direction. This includes Carseland, Cheadle, Chestermere, Rockyford, Langdon and Lyalta.

2. What age group do you serve? 
Our services are available to seniors 55 and older.

3. What are your hours? 
We operate Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you require assistance outside of these hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

4. Do you provide transportation into Calgary? 
Yes! We offer transportation to Calgary and stay with the senior the entire time to provide assistance as needed. Please note this is not a drop-off and pick-up service.

5. Do you have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle? 
Yes! We have one wheelchair-accessible vehicle that can accommodate one wheelchair. For reference, our wheelchair ramp width is 24.5 inches.

6. What is included in housekeeping and home management services? 
Housekeeping and home management services are available to home care clients as part of their care plan. We do not offer cleaning as a standalone service, but if that is what you require, we can refer you to a cleaning company.

Our housekeeping services include:

Vacuuming/sweeping

Washing floors

Dusting, dishes, and changing linens

Cleaning bathrooms

Assisting with:

Weekly grocery lists

Meal prep and planning

Laundry

Pet care as needed

Grocery shopping

7. Are you an approved Alberta Blue Cross Home Care provider? 
Yes! We are an approved Alberta Blue Cross Home Care provider and are part of the Alberta Blue Cross Client Directed Home Care Incentive (CDHCI) program.
