We provide all of our services within Strathmore, AB.

2. What age group do you serve? 
Our services are available to seniors 55 and older.

3. What are your hours? 
We operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you require assistance outside of these hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

4. Do you provide transportation into Calgary? 
At this time we are only serving Strathmore.

5. What is included in housekeeping and home management services? 
Housekeeping and home management services are available to home care clients as part of their care plan. We do not offer cleaning as a standalone service, but if that is what you require, we can refer you to a cleaning company.

Our housekeeping services include:

Vacuuming/sweeping

Washing floors

Dusting, dishes, and changing linens

Cleaning bathrooms

Assisting with:

Weekly grocery lists

Meal prep and planning

Laundry

Pet care as needed

Grocery shopping
